Hilton Head is a pretty popular spot for couples and families to vacation and explore, and there’s really no surprise why: Endless beaches, cotton candy sunsets, and warm (sometimes *too* warm) weather greet each guest like a cozy blanket, wrapping anyone who visits with a small reprieve from the daily grind of life. So when Alyssa and Troy contacted me to tell me that they were visiting from Texas and wanted to get some portraits taken, I was super excited. And, when they told me it was because they would be revealing to friends and family that they were expecting a child, my heart grew ten times the size. I absolutely loved meeting these two (well, technically three) and we had a blast roaming the gorgeous Burke’s Beach on Hilton Head Island, sonogram in hand, with the two of them smiling ear-to-ear throughout the evening.
